we contacted the consulate and a flight has been arranged. I leaves in less than 3 hours, but we have no passports to flywe emailed amex to cancel our accounts because they had our cards, and now the consulate can't help us with Catch 22 to pay for an emergency passport and ticket. We're stranded

Just wanted to share my experience so people don't fall for this hoax. Also, FB users need to change their passwords on a regular basis to mitigate the risks of their accounts being hacked. Christine was a friend from high school, I haven't spoken to her much over the years so it was a bit of a surprise when she IM'd me this morning, that should be a RED Flag right away. I need to call Christine to let her know that her FB profile was hacked. Will update later....
